Clubs pay a platform fee per event based on the disciplines they run. Competitors pay a small platform fee at checkout, and Top Dog calculates it automatically.
Club platform fee
Clubs are charged per event based on the disciplines included in the trial.

- Deducted from your payout
- No setup fee or monthly subscription
- Extra header charges apply for larger events
- Eligible rural clubs are capped at $40 for large events
- A $20 payout processing fee applies if your club does not connect Stripe
Competitor platform fee
A small platform fee is added at checkout when competitors enter online.
- 30c per entry
- 1.7% of the total payment amount
- 30c per transaction
- If the club absorbs the fee, the per-entry portion drops to 15c

Multi-discipline events may qualify for a discount, larger events may include extra header charges depending on class numbers, eligible rural clubs are capped at $40 for large events, and clubs without Stripe incur a $20 payout processing fee.
